Adrian Guess, Esq., MBA serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Brothers in Law, Inc., where he helps shape the organization’s governance strategy, national growth, and long-term mission alignment. An attorney at Latham & Watkins in Los Angeles, Adrian’s practice focuses on Investment Funds and Venture Capital & Emerging Companies, bringing a strategic and forward-looking perspective to leadership development and institutional scaling. At Latham & Watkins, he maintains an active pro bono portfolio focused on supporting small businesses, nonprofits, and entrepreneurs, reflecting his broader commitment to economic empowerment and community-driven growth.

In his Vice Chair role, Adrian focuses on strengthening board governance, cultivating strategic partnerships, and building sustainable structures that support the organization’s expansion and impact. He is committed to advancing diversity across the legal profession by expanding access, visibility, and leadership pathways for the next generation of attorneys. Adrian also hosts the organization’s podcast, In Motion with Adrian Guess, which features conversations on leadership, civic engagement, and lived experience.
